What's New in Platinum Laboratory Ware?
The Octet pH comparator unit fea tures a bi-color reading comparator for determinations of pH with an accuracy of 0.1 pH. The test set consists of the comparator, a dropping bottle of in dicator solution, four comparison tubes, an instruction manual, and a compartmented carrying case. Eight sealed glass standards are fully guaranteed against fading or color deterioration. Sufficient test reagent is furnished for about 100 tests. A sensitive phase-comparison system is used in the Model CTC-1 propor tional temperature controller. Shortterm temperature stability in a welldesigned bath is ±0.002° C. and longterm stability is ±0.005° C. Tempera ture range is - 2 0 0 ° to +1200° C.
