Contracts have been awarded and con­ struction is under way at a new highpressure absorption gasoline plant in the Chesterville area of Colorado County, Texas. The plant, with a daily capacity of 25 million cubic feet of gas, is being constructed by the Del R e y Petroleum Co. and associates of Houston. It will serve throe gas and condensate fields. After the gas has been stripped of its liquid hydrocarbons, the residue gas will be piped to the main system of the Ten­ nessee Gas Transmission Co. Operation is expected to begin by N o v . 15.
