Control capability. The basic 2400
gas chromatograph features linear programming with initial and final adjustable hold periods. Oven programming rates from 0.1 °C to 29.9°C/minute may be operated in single or repetitive cycling modes. Of course, the unit may also be operated isothermally or programmed to an upper level hold.
Detector flexibility.
Take your pick. The 2400 can be equipped with thermal conductivity, ionization (flame, electron capture, and thermionic) and coulometric detectors. The latter include detectors specific for
A u t o m a t i c O p e r a t i o n . The use of a wide dynamic range electrometer, linear programmer, and the Infotronics digital integrator, allows fully automatic system operation. D a t a R e d u c t i o n . The output from the 2400 GC is fully compatible with strip chart recorders, the wellproven Infotronics digital integrators or analog to digital converters for direct computer input. Use of the Infotronics integrator allows data reduction on printers or teletypes which can serve as the link to a time share computer.
