Data Discussion The purpose of this presentation is to allow the International Affairs Committee (IAC) to view some of the information that is available on our International members. This is promote discussions on what outcomes we are trying to achieve and what information is available and/or missing.

Data Sources •
ACS constituent information is stored in netFORUM (ACS Membership Database) – Includes active ACS members, terminated ACS members, and non-members – Includes demographics such as age, genders, ethnicity, ACS subscriptions, location, etc. • Note that demographic information is only available in cases where constituent is willing to provide it.

Data analysis used in the following reports: – Is based on a snapshot of production data as of August 2, 2016 – Snapshot frequency can be adjusted based on need

Definitions •
The following definitions have been employed in the analysis: – A member of an International Chapter is defined as someone who: • Has a primary address located in one of the 16 designated countries • Is currently a member of the ACS
– An International Chapter Prospect is defined as someone who: • Has a primary address located in one of the 16 designated countries • Is not currently a member of the ACS (includes terminated members)
