Progress As far back as 1907 International was specializing in Centrifuge manufacture and had already established a reputation for building a reliable product. T h a t this reputation was well merited is attested by t h e 1907 model shown here. Still in operation today in a large municipal health dep a r t m e n t after forty years of service, it efficiently assumes its share of the daily laboratory routine. T h e 1947 model recently shipped to a leading chemical manufacturer reflects forty years of progress in Centrifuge manufacture. I t is equipped with many refinements such as portable mounting, explosion-proof motor and controls, electric safety interlocks on t h e motor and cover, vee belt drive, b u t it also has the basic ruggedness of design and quality of construction which insure decades of service to its owner.
