KEMAMIDE E (erucamide) is a long chain amide that, among other applications, imparts the required delicate balance in the film to eliminate polyethylene's natural resistance to vertical separation [block] while providing the proper, controlled slip. KEMAMIDE treated films, therefore, have the optimum handling, print, adhesive and sealing qualities required for further fabrication. As with KEMAMIDE E, all Humko amides have one or more applications where they are chosen not alone for the unique functions they provide, but, just as importantly, for their proven consistency of quality. Samples of any or all of the KEMAMIDES are yours on request.
