Addition to Introduction. Our paper presented results about the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) power plant of 250 MWe located in southern France. In 1996, by modifying the cyclone’s geometry, the furnace temperature and the air feeding were decreased in this power plant. In our paper, we wrote that the NOx emissions were about 300 mg/Nm3. Thanks to the last improvements, the NOx emissions now range between 200 and 250 mg/Nm3 with 6% oxygen, depending on Ca/S ratio. EF980125D S0887-0624(98)00125-X Published on Web 06/20/1998
