Hitachi's unique Zeeman A A systems correct for higher background levels than conventional methods. A n d w i t h a far greater accuracy. With better background correction, y o u r sample preparation is reduced. A n d you can correct in the UV or visible because only your hollow cathode lamp is used for measuring both atomic and nonatomic signals. This eliminates replacing costly D 2 Arcs. It also gives you a double beam system, since your reference beam goes through the cuvette — not around it.
