STARCH GEL ELECTROPHORESIS This Vertical Gel system employs direct insertion of liquid sample without paper or starch granules. It resolves larger samples into more zones and results in a more reproducible analysis. Sample slots are formed while gel is poured. The slot-forming comb can be removed from back of chamber without removing glass cover. This facilitates the pro duction of co-planar surfaces and leaves the gel column undisturbed.
