para eliminates tanks, pumps
because it's concentrated.
pipelines and heat exchangers.
Highly concentrated (91-95%). Para requires none of the tanks, pumps and other equipment needed for liquid formaldehydes. Means big savings in the cost of new plants—or modernizing older ones. Most important, though, para allows greater flexibility in resin formulation —more than any other formaldehyde. Its low water content results in larger batches and higher yields in shorter processing time. Para is a good choice for producers of high solids urea, melamine or phenolic resins. And perfect for resorcinols.
