EU 721 uv/vis ratio-recording spectrophotometer uses the concept of programmed and automated alternate positioning of reference and sample cells in a fixed light beam. Thus the baseline is better than 0.001 absorbance unit from 185 to 850 nm. This instrument is also the first available recording spectrophotometer designed for simple interfacing to small computers.
