"Spectroscopic Methods" (UV-Vis-IR, Raman, Fluorescence, ORDICD, NMR and ESR); and "Miscellaneous Methods" (Ligand binding, light scattering, shearing, H-exchange, hybridization of nucleic acids, concentration methods, etc.). For the most part I have found the coverage to be good to excellent. I was disappointed in his coverage of HPLC: it is both inadequate considering the importance of this technique to biochemists and verv dated. However. this seems to be an excention eenerallv fine book. = .. ~in.this - "~ ~ I have heen using ''phy&al Biochemistry" as a supplementary text in my advanced level biochemistry course far the past five years.
