Model LTA-600JB low temperature plasma unit has an RF energy input of 500 W. This energy ionizes a gas (oxy gen, helium, etc.) which, when excited, breaks down the molecular structure of the sample under test. The inorganic portion of the sample is left intact while the organic portions are drawn off by the vacuum chamber within the unit. The system is effective in the removal of photoresist from a semiconductor wafer during the manufacturing proc ess. Model 700 is a third-generation pro grammable calculator which has a ca pacity of 12 digits plus a two-digit ex ponent (range —98 to +99) with a unique dual Nixie-typc two-register display. Model 700 is self-contained with a simple keyboard for input and control, from which it learns programs by storing the keystroke sequence in a built-in 8192-bit core. Programs are run from the core, and, for permanent storage, may be transferred to mag netic tape using a built-in cassette recorder and snap-in tape cassettes. A rear-panel connector provides for plugin addition of a Selectric output writer. Add time is 300 /usee and trig functions are completed in 250 msec each.
