ABOUT THE COURSE AUTHORS Prof. Helen E. Plotkin of Holy Family College and Prof. Carole M. Mablekos of Drexel are the authors of the course. Prof. Plotkin has done extensive work in Third World technical development programs and has edited and consulted for diverse chemical and engineering projects. Prof. Mablekos has taught English and Technical Writing at the University of Washington in Seattle, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, and Drexel University, and has consulted on a variety of communications projects.
