FLUORESCENCE DECAY DATA ACQUIRED, PROCESSED, AND ANALYZED IN MINUTES!
The R7912 offers you the following measurement capabilities: Analog Bandwidth: 1 GHzat4V/div 500MHzat10mV/div Resolution: 400 by 320 lines 512 by 512 addressable points Writing Rate: 8,000 div//xs— Digital Mode 30,000 div//xs—TV Mode (Non-store) Sampling Rate (effective): 10 psec (100 GHz) or slower
Observe, measure, digitize, and computer analyze events that occur once, or seldom, and exist for less than a billionth of a second with TEKTRONIX Waveform Digitizing Instrument systems using the new R7912 Transient Digitizer. For fast optical events such as fluorescence decay, flash photolysis, and laser pulses, as well as fast processes associated with perturbation kinetics (T-jump), pulse radiolysis, and very fast electrochemical measurements, the R7912 gives you 512 data points in a time window as short as 5 ns. This gives you resolution several orders of magnitude better than conventional transient recorders.
Once captured by the R7912, a signal can be processed in Waveform Digitizing Instrument systems with WDI TEK BASIC software. Based on the interactive, easyto-learn Dartmouth BASIC software, WDI TEK BASIC incorporates powerful waveform analysis functions. Callable commands provide for waveform parameter measurements, multiplication, division, convolution, correlation, and the more complex fast Fourier transform and its inverse.
