You got base line shifts of such great magnitude that the method was obviated. But with this new Bendix lab chromatograph, you can temperature-program with little or no effect on base line within ranges of ambient to 300° C. The key to this new unit is our dual-electron capture detector (nickel-63). Both cells are held at exact iso­

thermal conditions with matched background currents. Using the dual-column method, one column acts as the reference and is routed to one of the detector cells which acts as the reference detector. The other receives the sample. You'll see improved separations and be able to use the full sensitivity of this technique in obtaining quantitative and qualitative measurements. Make it possible.
