SWISS FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, LAUSANNE The Department of Rural Engineering is seeking an outstanding person to establish a strong research and teaching program in the technology of waste treatment and the rehabilitation of landfills and contaminated sites. Areas of special interest include system of collection, sorting, storage and treatment of solid, liquid municipal and industrial waste as well as soil remediation. The candidate should also show a commitment to waste management and the interactions between waste technology, human health and the biosphere in general.

Experience in the area of domestic and hazardous wastes management is preferred. EPIDEMIOLOGY AND BIOSTATISTICS: Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Epidemiology with a concentration in Infectious Diseases. HEALTH BEHAVIOR AND EDUCATION: Applicants should have a Ph.D.
in Public Health with a concentration in Health Education and/or Health Behavior, OR in a related social science discipline with research experience in health behavior and education. HEALTH SERVICES ADMINSTRATTON: Candidates sought with a Ph.D.
degree in a health related area with training and/or experience in health care finance as well as prior experience in teaching and research in health care finance. Knowledge of health information systems is desirable. Duties and responsibilities include teaching master's level courses in financial management and health economics for students in health sciences administration. MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY: Applicants should have a Ph.D.
