Fourteen di- and tripeptide analogues of MIF, Pro-Leu-Gly-NH,,have been synthesized and assayed for inhibition of oxotremorine-inducedtremor. Replacement of Pro by HCO-Pro or cyclopentanecarboxylicacid gave inactive analogues, while some peptides of the general structure
