It runs two samples simultaneously: recording analyzing and reporting data for each sample independently. The new DSC module is used with the existing 1090 Programmer/Data Analyzer. The flexibility and versatility of the 1090, plus the new DSC module, increase productivity up to six times that of older DSC systems. This is a result of the 1090's ability to analyze data from one experiment and plot data from a second experiment while a third experiment is being run and a fourth is being programmed.
