This data base has been assembled through a cooperative effort between the National Bureau of Standards, the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Institutes of Health, and the Mass Spectrometry Data Centre. The data base, which now contains 42,261 electron impact mass spectra, has been contributed to by a large number of laboratories worldwide. It is leased to industrial, academic, and govern ment organizations.
