Closely tied in with the technical papers is the new “Briefs” section. which presents concise interpretative summaries of the technical papers. These are in addition to the abstracts which accompany each technical article. The Briefs, prepared by a practicing analyst, are intended to give the busy reader a quick survey of the technical papers. The Briefs are designed so thai they can be cut out and filed on cards.
