Editorial Reinstatement of Notes as a Manuscript Class We wish to announcethat Notes will be added to the classes of manuscripta published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry in 1993. Notes were discontinued 5 years ago, but due to the increasing demand by authors to publish short, definitive reports of limited scope, we are reinstating this category. The length of Notes should be no longer than three journal pages. They are subject to the same editorial appraisal as Articles and should be of comparable scientific quality.
