New Editors for Journal of Chemical Information and Computer Sciences As Readers will have noted, the Journal of Chemical Information and Computer Sciences (JCICS) now appears on a bimonthly schedule and is published in three Sections, devoted to Chemical Information, Chemical Computation, and Molecular Modeling. To help with the management of the increasing numbers of submitted manuscripts, JCICS has been fortunate to acquirethe servicesof two new Associate Editors. They are Dr.Anton Hopfmger (University of Illinois at Chicago) and Dr. Kenny Lipkowitz (Indiana-Purdue University, Indianapolis). Tony Hopfinger will deal primarily with papers on chemical computation and Kenny Lipkowitz with molecular modeling papers. Neither of these individuals need any introduction to those in the chemical computing community, and their addition to the JCICS Editors will greatly strengthen that group. JCICS is solicitingpapers in ChemicalInformation,ChemicalComputation, and Molecular Modeling, and you are invited to submit original manuscripts describing your work. All papers are reviewed before publication, and the current receipt-to-publication time is approximately 20 weeks. Send your papers to any of the JCICS Editors listed below. We will be pleased to see them! If you want to minimize the receipt-to-publication time, you should communicate with the Editor nearest to you.

The Tenth International Conference on Computers in Chemical Research and Education ICCCRE Jerusalem, July 1992 The International Conference on Computers in Chemical Research and Education (ICCCRE) is one of the morevenerable meetings that attracts informationand computational chemists. This biannual meeting, now in its 20th year, is held at different sites all over the world, and, from the programs offered, it has long been clear that the use of computers in research and the teaching of chemistry is a worldwide phenomenon, by no means restricted to first world countries. One paper from the 1992 Jerusalem meeting has already appeared in the Journal of Chemical Information and Computer Sciences (Goldblum et al. J. Chem. Inf. Comput. Sci. 1993,33,27&274), and, in this issue, a further 11 papers from the same meeting are published. These give some idea of the eclectic mix of subjects that are covered at this Conference. G. W.A.
