Editor’s Page With this issue, we are starting something new. Henceforth, whenever we publish a review, we will feature on the cover of the issue in which the review appears a picture of the (or of a) key molecule discussed in the review. This will serve to highlight the review and, also, to interrupt from time to time the usually long run of issues showing the same molecule from the last cover molecule essay. The present review by Uwe Rosenthal of the University of Rostock and co-workers covers some of the very interesting chemistry of the bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylene adduct of bis(cyclopentadienyl)titanium(II), a very reactive titanacyclopropene, a molecule to which the author has very productively devoted a large part of his research career. We hope that this new approach to our cover artwork will encourage our authors and readers to contact me with suggestions for new mini-reviews or longer reviews. Such a review, I remind you, should cover in the main an area of research of its author, but in a balanced, up-to-date manner in which related work of others is discussed as well. The cover molecule illustration was kindly provided by Professor Arnold L. Rheingold and the cover design by Napoleon Reyes of the ACS Publications Division.
