Emersol 132 USP Lily Stearic Acid maintains light color despite rigors of bulk handling. Now the economics of bulk handling stearic acid can be realized without sacrificing product quality because of the unmatched color stability of Emersol 132 Stearic Acid. Bulk han dling versus the handling of flake or powder in bags or cartons results in

lower unit prices plus substantial savings in labor handling and ease of product transfer. The changes in the light initial color of Emersol 132 from shipment to use are minimal as shown by data in the accompanying table.

Another test proves the color degradation of Emersol 132 is only 3-4 units on a % transmittance scale after being held at 65° =*= 2°C for more than six weeks, a condition typical of bulk handling. (Data upon request.) Emersol 132 also offers purity, excellent oxidation stability, low odor, low iodine value, and un matched uniformity from batch to batch.
