Synlubes from Emery are built to take the heat. Emery's fully compounded synthetic high temperature lubricants have excellent thermal stability, performing well at temperatures as high as 550-600GF. They contain no solid antiwear additives to contaminate products or collect on equipment. And, they are easily applied by spraying, dipping, brushing or soaking. Emery® 9301 processing aid saves money, improves extruder efficiency. A 1-2% level of Emery 9301 added to certain polymers or resins (nylon 6 or 6/6, polyesters, polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate) saves time and money by decreasing power requirements, lowering extruder temperature profiles, and increasing screw speeds and output. All without adverse effects on your finished products.
