EMPLOYMENT ADS INFORMATION ACS members who are UNEMPLOYED or are under notice of involuntary unemployment within 60 days are allowed one free nondisplay situation-wanted classified advertisement per issue. The advertiser must state circumstances with name of company where last employed and date of termination. Each ad may not exceed 50 words (45 words plus five-word box address or advertiser's name and address). Excess words charged at 25 cents a word. After six such ads have run, the member may restart the ad by rewriting and resubmitting it, restating the circumstances of his unemployment status.
