ESSO ANNOUNCES A NEW UNSOLVENT: NORPAR.

A new Esso family of high-purity normal paraffinic solvents offers you a number of unusual advantages. The solvency of NORPAR for most chemicals is so low that it is best described as an "unsolvent." The new NORPAR grades in C12 and C13 boiling ranges are straight chain structures. So they give you an inherently stable product. Both grades are exceptionally pure from the standpoint of molecular structure. Typically, they are 98% normal paraffins. Add to this the purity Esso achieves by limiting polar impurities to a few parts per million,

and you'll get an idea of what a versatile new tool you have in NORPAR. Applications are obvious in processes and formulations requiring an inert carrier or diluent: in many polymerization reactions, in organosols, plastisols and aerosols, If you'd like to see how the un common properties of our new unsolvent might work for you, clip the coupon, and we'll send you a quart sample and a detailed data bulletin.
