Cicero Scientific Glass recently moved to larger manufacturing and office facilities at 777 Paw Paw Ave., Benton Harbor, Mich. Cicero specializes in product development, fabrication, and repair service of analytical testing equipment. The Industrial and Scientific Division of Ehrenreich Photo-Optical Industries of Maryland, Inc., is now serving the Washington/Baltimore area from a new regional office and showroom at 1320 Fenwick Lane, Silver Spring, Md. This division markets a broad line of Nikon and EPO industrial and scientific optical products, including research and laboratory microscopes, photomicrographic equipment, and other optical inspection and measurement instruments. New England Nuclear Corp., 575 Albany St., Boston, Mass. 02118, has formalized a program whereby members of its technical staff present lectures on the proper use and handling of radioactive chemicals. The lectures cover a wide range of disciplines in the field of tracer methodology. Detailed information on the lectures is available by writing to Dr. M. Stolberg, the company's technical director. Tracor, Inc., 6500 Tracor Lane, Austin, Texas 78721, scientific research and instrument manufacturing company, and Littelfuse, Inc., Des Plaines, 111., manufacturer of electromechanical products, are planning an arrangement whereby Tracor will acquire substantially all the assets of properties of Littelfuse. The agreement is subject to approval of the shareholders of Littelfuse, Inc. Ventron Corp. has purchased all the outstanding stock of Wood Ridge Chemical Corp., Wood-Ridge, N. J. Wood Ridge is a large processor of mercury and mercury-based chemicals. Ventron has other chemical interests including the Metal Hydrides Division, which manufactures inorganic chemicals and special metal powders, and Alfa Inorganics, Inc., makers of a wide variety of inorganic research chemicals.
