POWER-STIR®

FOR INTERMITTENT MEDIUM DUTY STIRRING OF SMALL VOLUMES OF VISCOUS MATERIAL.

This is the stirrer you buy for short run stirring jobs. The high torque, required for stirring viscous materials, is provided by a 1/10 horsepower motor through a 20 to 1 gear reduction. An important feature is the hollow spindle which facilitates stirring jobs. Speedy changes of containers can be made without moving stirrer as the working length of the agitator can be easily adjusted.

Head-on silhouette is just 2%" and will conserve your valuable working space. Speed is variable, 100 to 1000 rpm, and is controlled by a rheostat. Series type motor and rheostat are ventilated. Power-Stir is hinged on a nickel-plated support rod that gives you greater flexibility in positioning. It is not designed for continuous duty stirring.
