Roman Kaliszan is a visiting scientist at McGill University. He is a professor and chairman of the Department ofBiopharmaceutics and Pharmacodynamics at the Medical Academy in Gdansk, Poland, where he received an M.Sc. degree in pharmaceutics in 1968. He also received a Ph.D. and a D.Sc. in medicinal chemis­ try from the Medical Academy of Gdansk in 1975 and 1982, respectively. He has been working on chromatographic QSRRs since 1975.
