Problem: spectrophotometer
You don't want to tie up your just to monitor a column.

Solution?
Easy. Run the column directly into your fraction collector. (While that's happening, you can use your Gilford spectrophotometer to scan density gradients or yesterday's 20cm gels, or to run IM's — thermo-electrically.) Fractions all collected, you now load them onto the Sample Programmer. One by one, they'll move into position; they'll be aspirated into the Rapid Sampler and measured, and the Data Lister will print the results. All at speeds of up to 400 samples per hour. You can even have each sample returned automatically, if you like. Or, by pushing a button, retrieve only those with interesting readings. Before long, you can construct a curve using the printout; since it includes sample identification information, you'll get a direct correlation with each fraction. As we said, easy. WITH the Gilford Rapid Sampling System. Got a similar problem? Let us send you full-color information. Rapidly.
