CK KNEADERMASTER

Gives You Exclusive, Far-Reaching Advantages For Continuous Mixing Exclusive, patented features of the Patterson CK Kneadermaster put advanced mixing procedures and control in your hands that are available from no other equipment. A good example is the unique blade assembly which accomplishes what Patterson engineers call "Zone Mixing." Each two pairs of blades establish a mixing zone, the first pair pushing materials towards the discharge end of the trough and the second pair pushing the materials back. The result is that the rate with which materials travel through the machine can be reduced to zero while mixing continues in each zone, or progress can be reduced or speeded up to any desired rate simply by discontinuing or changing the rate of feed of new materials.
