The Great Yale-Princeton Titration Contest We should like tnreport the first intercollegiate titration contest, held in December 1977, between Yale and Princeton. This contest was arranged by one of the authors (M.P.), during the process of planning the laboratory curricula for both institutions. Because of the long-standing rivalry between the two schools, the idea turned out t o be a powerful motivator and added a lot of interest to lab programs a t both universities.
