Why is this the most popular syringe in the scientific world? #701N, 10 ul syringe

There are m a n y reasons. Probably the foremost of which is its accuracy. We guarantee you absolute liquid delivery, accurate to within ± 1 % . . . a n d a repeatable accuracy to within ± 1 % . People w h o have u s e d Hamilton syringes for almost two decades k n o w that they can rely on that accuracy. That's a reputation w e d o n ' t take lightly.

Each 700 Syringe is individually assembled a n d fitted by h a n d to exceedingly close tolerances. Attention to details The p l u n g e r is stainless steel that h a s been straightened by our precision machines a n d t h e n centerless g r o u n d . We use alkali resistant borosilicate glass that is annealed after forming to relieve internal strains.

To create the most accurate bore possible, the glass is heatformed to a precision-ground mandrel. So, w h e n the plunger is fitted to its barrel, you have a u n i q u e one-of-a-kind syringe, m a t e d for precision. it's a pleasure to tell you of a product that has b e e n the same price for 20 years. The basic 700 Syringe is a n d always h a s been priced at $18.00. As the costs, materials a n d labor have increased, w e have been able to develop our syringe manufacturing skills a n d improve our speed of production to offset the higher costs.
