AND FINGER-TWIST COUPLING PRESSURE-TIGHT SEALS WITH A FINGER TWIST
SELF-GASKETING NO METALLIC CONTAMINATION
Here's the quick, easy way to set up temporary or permanent fluid transmission lines: use Tygon flexible, plastic Tubing with the new finger-twist coupling. This remarkable new aluminum coupling, developed by U. S. Stoneware engineers for use with Tygon flexible Tubing, gives a pressure-tight seal with a finger-twist. It is simple, safe, and positive. The male and female units are slipped over the ends of the tubing to be coupled. By the use of a "flanger," an ingenious forming tool, a flange-gasket is formed on the ends of the tubing. A few quick turns of the male coupling unit and the seal is formed. No fluid-to-metal contact at any time—no possibility of metallic contamination. There is no strain on the tubing such as occurs when flaring is used, no danger of the tubing splitting at the joint. "Y" FITTINGS
WALL TUBING SUPPORTS
Tygon-molded " Y " fittings with finger-twist couplings for easy assembly of branching lines.
Easily i n s t a l l e d , rubber-cushioned latching clamps permit quick mounting of tubing on walls, ceilings, etc.
Tygon Flexible Plastic Tubing with finger-twist couplings is available at present in the Ys" O. D. size, only. Stock lengths, with couplings attached, 2' to 7'—Running lengths up to any desired footage.
