T h i s integrates c o m p a n y activities in design, development, a n d manufacture of analytical a n d control electronic i n s t r u m e n t s . P r o d u c t s of t h e new division will include C E C ' s established line of mass spectrometers, chromatographs. moist u r e monitors, a n d other analytical, control, a n d process-monitoring equipment. T h e unit, t o be housed in t h e comp a n y ' s facilities in P a s a d e n a , Calif., brings t o eight t h e n u m b e r of divisions operated b y C E C in California. Harold F .
