X-ray quantometer permits high speed analysis of up to nine samples simultaneously, with scanning monochromators on one to three of t h e channels. The instrument can be equipped t o accept solids, powders, briquettes, liquids, or slurries. The unusual speed and resolution are achieved through t h e use of t h e highpower, t h i n window x-ray tube; fully focusing, curved and ground crystals; and detectors selected for their narrow band high efficiency responses.
