Eastern Analytical Symposium The 1971 Eastern Analytical Sympo sium will be held Nov. 10 to 12 at the Statler Hilton Hotel, New York City. To broaden the scope of the Sympo sium in the sense of including the latest developments in the fields of analytical chemistry and spectroscopy, the 1971 Symposium will include a maximum of three half-day sessions of submitted pa pers. Each speaker will be allowed 30 minutes for his presentation : 25 min utes for the talk and 5 minutes for ques tions and answers. All those interested in presenting papers should send four copies of a 300-word abstract to A. Z. Conner, Hercules, Inc., Research Cen ter, Wilmington, Del. 19899. Abstracts should be received before May 1, 1971.
