Forget about costly chemical separations. Our germanium detectors analyze the most complex spectra without them. The lithium-drifted germanium detectors now available from Isotopes, Inc. have depletion depths up to 9 mm. and active areas as large as 8 sq. cm. These detectors are useful for extremely low-level gamma activity, high-energy gamma rays, very complex spectra, and Mossbaucr-effect experiments. Their high energy resolution and linear response over a wide energy range eliminates the need for extensive, tedious chemical separations even in the most complex analyses.

Isotopes' germanium detectors and silicon detectors, along with the electronic equipment designed for their use, are detailed in our new catalog, Solid State Detectors. Complete specifications, operating characteristics and prices for all units are listed in this catalog. For a copy of this new booklet, call Bob Adkins at 201-NO4-7070 or write Isotopes, Inc., Instruments and Accessories Division, 121 Woodland Avenue, Westwood, New Jersey 07675.
