Abstract: Stopped-flow technique has enabled a study of the reaction over the range 1 < pH < 8 and 25 < T < 45 O at I = 0.5 M . The rate-determining reaction is Co(NH&C03H2++ C O ( N H ~ ) ~ O H ~C02, + and is accompanied by various proton-transfer equilibria.
