The LDC U V I I I Monitor is a single compact module containing interchangeable excitation sources, filters and sample flow cell. HPLC differential absorbance measurements can be performed at 254, 280, 360, 410, 440 and 550nm. With the addition of an op tional high voltage power supply the UVI11 can be converted to operate at 214, 229, 308 and 326nm. The unit continuously displays differential UV light absorbance. Detector response can be set as low as .001 AUFS for maximum sensitivity in trace analysis liquid chromatography.
