New LKB Coulometric Analyzer for fast precise analysis This coulometric analyzer introduces a new order of convenience. It eliminates the burette and standard solutions and thereby reduces the time and skill needed for an analysis. A new generation instrument, it will carry out a complete titration without supervision and can perform titrations automatically whether the end-point is known or unknown.
The LKB instrument pioneers a new method of titration by using a current proportional to the pH or mV deviation from the end-point of the titration. This allows a more accurate determination of the end-point and so requires an accurate means of measuring the amount of current used. LKB has provided for this by incorporating in the instrument a precision integrator calibrated in microequivalents. A direct reading in MicroFaradays is possible.
