HAZARDOUS GAS LEAK DETECTOR Personal, pocket-sized gas leak detection is here. Small gas leaks can b e d a n g e r o u s if u n d e t e c t e d . The pocket size Model 8057 detects minute gas leaks before they b e c o m e a real problem. Worn on a belt, this compact, lightweight (14 oz.) unit can go places other bulky, more complex leak detectors can't, so even remote locations can easily b e checked for potentially d a n g e r o u s gas leaks. The unit can detect leaks from cylinder connections, fittings, storage vessels, piping and tubing in your laboratory or plant. It can also b e used to screen incoming cylinders for leaks a r o u n d the valve.

The Model 8057 features a new solid state/thermal conductivity sensor that detects many gases. W h e n a leak is detected, an audible tone a n d flashing LED alerts the user. For noisy environments, an e a r p l u g is provided. The Model 8057 comes complete with NiCad batteries, c h a r g e r a n d accessory probe.
