The new LDC/Milton Roy spectroMonitor*D variable wavelength detector. On the outside, the newest variable wavelength detector from L D C / M i l t o n Roy looks very much like its predecessors. But on the inside, where it counts, the spectroMonitor®D variable wavelength detector sets new industry standards for quality and performance. LOWEST NOISE A N D D R I F T The new spectroMonitor D variable wavelength de tector delivers the lowest noise (2 χ 10" 5 A U peak to peak) and d r i f t (1 χ 10" 4 AU/hr.) specifications avail able today. Highly efficient dual beam optical system and state-of-the-art electronics make these specifi cations possible.

HIGHEST EFFICIENCY A N D S E N S I T I V I T Y STANDARD Our new max N ™ series high efficiency , high pressure (1000 psi) fluid cell is a standard feature in the spectroMonitor D. The competition makes you pay extra for high efficiency. In addition, the max Ν series f l u i d cell has optimized f l o w dynamics and a true 10mm pathlength to maximize sensitivity ac cording to Beer's Law. Others have tried t o beat our noise and d r i f t specifications by cutting cell pathlength, but in the process, they decreased sensitivity. With the spectroMonitor D you get it all - low noise, low drift and high sensitivity. U V / V I S MEASUREMENTS The spectroMonitor D also features absorbance measurements over the entire U V / V I S spectrum (190700nm) without a lamp change. One 35-Watt deute rium lamp is all you need to buy or replace.
