A u t o m a t i c Fluorine Distillation A p p a r a t u s

An automatic fluorine distillation ap paratus, which operates on the method of Willard and Winter, is similar to that of Schall and Williamson. A mer cury bulb thermoregulator controls a solenoid valve, adding water as neces sary to the distillation mixture. Pot temperature is held at 135° ± 1.0° C. Rate of distillation is 2-3 ml/minute.
