In recent correspondence with Dr. Nils Kasier, author of ref 16 in the above paper, we have become aware that Dr. Kaiser’s paper contained measurements at several wavelengths and proposed a two-frequency option for quantitative analysis, which we interpreted differently and unfortunately omitted acknowledgement of in our paper.
