Two new electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometers operating in the X and Ka bands are available. The Model 601-AKA operates at fre quencies between 35 and 36 kmc. The Model 601-AX provides X-band opera tion in the 8.5 to 9.6 kmc. frequency range. These spectrometers have dual detection equipment allowing both ab sorption and dispersion to be measured simultaneously. Auxiliary equipment facilitates experiments at room tem perature or at the temperature of liquid helium.
