P-4 Laboratory Fume Hood Petrolite Corp. announces that Aloe Scientific division of A. S. Aloe Com pany has been granted rights to manu facture and distribute a laboratory fume hood recently developed and patented by Petrolite. The hood, de signed to minimize the load on air conditioning or heating equipment, is isolated completely in its use of fresh and exhaust air from the room in which it stands. P-5 High-Speed Switch General Devices, Inc. announces a motor-driven high-speed multichannel sampling switch. Matched contact plates allow sequential sampling of cor responding circuits simultaneously within close phasing tolerances. All signal and motor connections terminate in barrier type terminal strips. The hysteresis synchronous motor supplied with the switch operates on 115-volt, single-phase, 60-c.p.s. current at 30 r.p.s. Channel sampling rate is 1 r.p.s. Model 103C switch is 13 X
