New Mettler instruments for fast electronic answers.

New PL1200 and PL200 round out a family of compact, precision toploading balances. Whatever capacity, whatever readability you require in top loaders, the Mettler PL family can provide it, with the addition of these new members. The PL1200 offers 1200 g capacity, 0.01 g readability. The PL200 reads to 1 mg with a weighing range of 0-200 g. All PL series balances are lightweight, easily transported, and have a single control bar for simple operation. Many available features, such as BCD output and Net Total Display, make the PL family the right choice for your lab or production weighing. Circle 1. HL Series brings new convenience to analytical balances. Now with the introduction of the HL52 and HL32, you can enjoy simpleroperating procedures. Use either one as a stand-alone bench balance or as a system balance with many connection possibilities to peripheral equipment. Electronics are built into the balance—no separate box required. HL balances are available to provide 8 or 7 digits of weighing information. They feature pushbutton taring and below-balance weighing capability. Capacities are 160.1 g and 161 g. Readability 0.01 mg and 0.1 mg. Circle 2. Determine melting points objectively with the new FP61. The FP61 does away with subjectivity in capillary melting point determinations. It's simple to use. The operator selects starting temperature, chooses one of five heating rates and presses start button. The instrument makes the determination automatically and displays result. Circle 3. Come to Mettler for lab automation. Many basic operations of wet chemistry can be automated for greater lab productivity. Mettler has developed several systems that could be applied to your lab. Most recently, the SR10 system was introduced for computer control of titration. It was designed to closely approximate manual methods.
